Dr. Ajagbe is board certfied in Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine and Critical Care by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his medical school at University of Ilorin in Nigeria before coming to the US and completing his US residency at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia through the Medical College of Pennsylvania Hahnemann University. Dr. Ajagbe has practiced in New York, Pennsylvania as well as in Mississippi. Just prior to moving to Mississippi, Dr. Ajagbe was a Critical Care Medicine Fellow at New York City’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In addition to the Laurel Sleep Disorders Center, Dr. Ajagbe has a practice in McComb, MS specializing in pulmonary medicine.
Dr. Ajagbe is a highly skilled, compassionate physician with a strong commitment to providing his patients with the best care possible in the field of sleep medicine. He is a noted contributor and co-author in industry presentations and publications. He has co-presented multiple abstracts at the Associated Professional Sleep Society general meetings as well as the American Thoracic Society general meetings over the past several years and is a well-respected member of the sleep community.
